Payment Policy

Payment by Credit card is preferred unless otherwise stated. Payment must be paid on arrival. Credit cards on file will be charged automatically on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings made directly with Wanaka Luxury Apartments there is a 72 hour Cancellation non-refundable policy with the following exceptions:

– Ski season (from 25th June to 30th September) – Non refundable from 30 days before the check-in date.

– Summer season (from 20th December to 30th April) – Non refundable from 30 days before the check-in date.

Non-arrivals without cancellation will incur a charge of the total accommodation amount.

For bookings made via an Agent, the Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Fees will be what is agreed by the Guest and the Agent. The Policy and Fees may be different to what is noted above for bookings made directly with Wanaka Luxury Apartments.

Cancellation caused by New Zealand Government imposed Covid-19 related travel restrictions will be allowed free of charge.

If payment has not been received after checkout by the guest, debit collection fees will added to the amount owing.


For the safety of guests and staff due to Covid-19 the reception will be operating but closed to the public. Check-in is still available from the Reception front door. Daily housekeeping is still available if you require. Our staff wear face masks and meet covid-19 health and safely requirements.

Wanaka Luxury Apartments has free unlimited Fiber WiFi.
